He has contributed to major landmark projects including EKO Towers, Conerview Apartments, and The Waves Commercial Center. A COREN-certified professional, he is a member of prestigious engineering bodies including MNSE, MNICE, and MNIStructE. As Principal Partner at Dove Livami, he leads a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality, innovative real estate projects that set new standards in the industry Accomplished Structural Engineer with 15+ years experience in major projects across Nigeria. Holds B.Eng, MSc, and pursuing PhD. Member of MNIStructE, MNSE, MNICE, and COREN.

Engr. Azeez is a distinguished Structural Engineer with over 7 years of experience in designing and delivering high-rise construction projects across Lagos. He holds an MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of Lagos and is COREN-certified and a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE). As a board member at Dove Livami Properties Ltd, he provides strategic leadership and technical direction, contributing to innovative, safe, and high-quality developments that shape Nigeria's built environment. Martins is a visionary entrepreneur with over fifteen years of outstanding professional experience in the telecom and real estate industries. As founder of EdgewaysRealty and former Re/max Nigeria professional, he has managed construction projects, arranged multiple real estate development joint ventures, coordinated nationwide property valuations, and overseen comprehensive facility management operations. He holds a degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, and has received advanced training and certification in project management, business management, and entrepreneurship from the African Management Institute (AMI) and Enterprise Development Center (EDC). His strategic approach has contributed significantly to service excellence at major organizations including Etisalat Nigeria (now 9mobile). With exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, Martins brings a wealth of expertise in real estate services, customer experience delivery, and business development.
